What will you be doing?

Working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of operational recruitment activity. You will be a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for hiring managers who need to recruit, and candidates making applications.

You’ll use our Tribepad ATS system, and a range of other platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed, to advertise our opportunities as well as to source potential candidates, later conducting screening conversations to ensure fit, and to walk candidates through our processes.

The Talent Acquisition Officer will longlist applications, guide managers through shortlisting, and then arrange interviews and offers, before supporting our compliance colleagues to complete all onboarding checks.

You will be proactive in the community, attending local careers events to build and maintain talent pipelines for future vacancies.

About You

You’re enthusiastic, organised and genuinely passionate about people and good recruitment practice. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple priorities while keeping candidates and hiring managers at the centre of every decision. You will have worked in a recruitment role before, and be confident using a variety of advertising tools, as well as speaking to candidates and hiring managers on a regular basis. Experience of using Tribepad would be an advantage.
