Flatpay is expanding rapidly across the UK, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring of our growing Field Sales teams in London and nationwide.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our sales organisation. You’ll help generate candidate pipelines, conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews and assessment centres, and support the offer process.

A large focus of the role is high-volume recruitment for Field Sales Representatives, so you’ll regularly be speaking with candidates, managing multiple processes at once, and helping organise weekly assessment centres.

You’ll work closely with the Head of HR and play an important role in ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly as Flatpay continues to grow.

What you’ll do

  • Post job adverts across job boards and manage incoming applications.
  • Review CVs and assess candidates against role requirements.
  • Conduct first-stage screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and motivation.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Field Sales roles across London and the UK.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessment centres with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and ATS data to keep processes organised.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of job offers.
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and assessing suitability.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience hiring for sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or volume recruitment environments is particularly relevant.
  • Strong organisational skills; comfortable multi-tasking and keeping track of details.
