Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Travel ExpensesDay Rate: £350 – £400Start: May 2026Permanent or Freelance
A leading name in the super‑prime residential sector, delivering some of London’s most high‑end, detail‑driven projects, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial aspects of a £5m prime residential project in Regents Park, where you’ll be site‑based.
The Role
- Manage all financial and contractual elements
- Lead procurement and subcontractor packages
- Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cashflow
- Monitor performance and manage commercial risk

- Experience in prime or high‑end residential
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Organised, detail‑focused, and confident communicator
