We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help grow our presence across the region by winning new hotel customers and building long-term relationships with hospitality operators.

The opportunity

This is a new business role focused on acquiring new logo customers across the UK & Ireland hospitality market.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from creating pipeline through outbound prospecting to running discovery, delivering product demos, and closing deals. You’ll often engage multiple stakeholders including hotel owners, GMs, finance leaders, and operations teams.

Territory & travel:

Territory: United Kingdom & Ireland

Preferred location: Scotland or England

  • Occasional attendance of tradeshows or industry events
  • 2–5 in-person meetings per month with prospects in your territory

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS experience
  • Proven high performance in a SaaS sales role
  • Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Track record of closing net new business
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills

Hospitality or hotel tech experience is wonderful, but not required.

Compensation & earning potential:

This role offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performance and overachievement.

  • On-target earnings (OTE): Up to £108,333 GBP at 100% quota attainment
  • Compensation split: 60% base / 40% variable
  • Commission: Uncapped earning potential
  • Accelerators: Tiered commission accelerators for performance above quota

Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed OTE through consistent overperformance.
