Job Description:
Teignbridge District Council is seeking a Residential Manager to lead our new Residential Team within Environmental Protection, Anti-Social Behaviour, safeguarding statutory functions and Planning enforcement. You will provide expert policy guidance, deliver corporate objectives and manage risk.
The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £53,460 – £56,533 per annum, with hybrid working and a generous benefits package including pension, flexible working, and employee perks.
