We’re partnering with a market-leading, clinically led wellbeing provider experiencing exceptional growth across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a highly supportive and forward-thinking team in a fully remote role.
The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees and employers with expert, practical advice to promote wellbeing and sustainable return to work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting 5 remote OH assessments per day
- Producing clear, concise fitness-for-work reports within SLA
- Managing a range of case types including:
- Management referrals
- Active care referrals
- Work health assessments
- Advice calls and follow-ups
- Providing guidance to employers on rehabilitation and absence management
- Supporting clinical input for client relationships and new business where needed
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs, ISO and SQOHS standards
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing knowledge sharing
About You
- Qualified in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
- Registered with the NMC (ideally Part 3)
- Current experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Proactive, organised and confident managing your own workload
