Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

London with potential international relocation

Up to £150K Basic Salary + Bonus + LTIP

STOIX is working with an international technology group, a business deploying capital across operating companies, joint ventures and a portfolio of many company ventures spanning digital infrastructure, media and technology.

The role

• Own Group-level financial planning, capital allocation and liquidity management
• Lead long-range planning and management reporting across a complex, multi-entity portfolio
• Partner directly with senior leadership on M&A, investments and high-stakes strategic decisions
• Shape capital structure and financing assumptions across transformational transactions
• Build and lead a high-performing team with real influence at the executive level
• Potential for international deployment into portfolio and divisional CFO-track roles

You are

• A fast-tracker. Promoted ahead of your peers, consistently. Your CV tells that story without you having to say it.
• A dealmaker. You’ve been close to — or led — M&A, IPO, fundraising or other complex strategic transactions. You’ve created measurable value and can evidence it.
• Battle-tested in two worlds. Top-tier investment banking or private equity on one side. Hands-on strategic finance in a high-growth start-up or scale-up on the other. That combination is rare. That’s the point.
• An exceptional communicator. You simplify complexity. You hold a boardroom. Your financial narratives land with CEOs, investors and operators alike.
• Qualified and credentialled. ACA, CFA, CPA or equivalent — with the track record to back it up.
• Internationally mobile. Open to relocation as opportunities arise across a global portfolio.
