We are now seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in the daily operations of our busy Bowfield Hotel and Spa. You will possess strong leadership and an extensive knowledge of hotel operational departments. Naturally, you will have great people skills and the abilidy to develop a strong team around you.
Duties include
- Lead and oversee operational departments ensuring efficiancies
- Have strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Ensure effective service delivery to drive guest satisfaction
- Guide and develop department managers
- Impliment company policies and procedures including systems and tools
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Health and Safety compliance
- Deputise in the absence of the General Manager
The person
- Proven leadership experience in a multi department hotel.
- Strong understanding of guest services and hospitality standards
- Experienced in managing diverse teams in a fast paced enviroment
- Fantsastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Be hands on at the right time in the right place
- Be able to develop high perfoming teams

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
