Ourclient,aleadinginboundtravelcompanywithanextensiveportfolioacrosstheUK,Ireland,andFrance,isseekingahighlyorganisedanddetail-drivenInventoryHotelCoordinatortojointheirteam.
AsanInventoryCoordinator,youwillplayakeypartinthesmoothrunningofproductinventory,workingwithintheProcurementdepartmenttosupportthesourcing,contracting,andupkeepofallproductdata.YouwillworkcloselywiththeInventoryManagerandwiderteams,contributingtothesuccessofthebusiness.
YourkeyresponsibilitiesasanInventoryHotelCoordinatorwillinclude:
- Supportingtheloadingandmaintenanceofallocationandfreesaleinventory,prioritisingpreferredproductsandpartnerprogrammerequirements.
- Maintainingawarenessofcompany-wideallocation,freesale,andallocationsplits,ensuringaccurateupdatesintheinternalsystemandmanualfreesalecharts.
- Assistingwithloadinginventoryforspecialdeals,flashsales,andpromotionaloffersundercorrectoptioncodes.
- Trackingandrecordingtheprogressofinventorymanagementtasks,followingestablishedproceduresandqualitycontrolstandards.
- Attendingweeklysupplierfamtripstobuildproductknowledgeandstrengthensupplierrelationships.
