Main duties of the Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
- Ensure accurate stock inventory, updating the internal database for stock movements, asset tracking, and pricing.
- Manage the location and status of all parts, including those sent for third‑party processing.
- Plan ahead by reviewing project orders up to 6 weeks in advance to identify necessary components.
- Assist the production team with ordering and collecting consumables to maintain smooth operations and prevent production downtime.
- Follow up on open purchase orders and help with supplier/sub‑contractor selection based on performance.
- Handle inbound goods, manage service returns, coordinate packing and dispatch logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
