Senior Employee Benefits Consultant – Health & Risk Growth

Isio is seeking a Consultant to lead client relationships and drive business development across health and/or risk benefits within the Workplace Health & Wellbeing team. You will manage a portfolio of large schemes, deliver strategic consulting, and seek opportunities to grow revenue in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in health & wellbeing, strong commercial acumen, and collaboration across the Employee Benefits business.
