Pay Rate: £30,000 – £34,000
Grade: M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Home Based with some travel required to sites in the UK
Security note: The role will involve visits to airports. You may be required to undergo a security/background check if you are successful.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive online training packages
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) across multiple UK & Ireland locations
- Manage data updates for new business or changes within existing operations
- Create and produce videos and still images to enhance training content
- Build and develop tailored reports for different sectors
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Apply understanding of Ground Handling Operations and Regulatory Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience with digital learning systems (desirable)
- Experience within the aviation industry (desirable)
- Background in Training or Media sectors (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Driving license (essential for travel)
Security Process
To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
- Provide five years’ address history
- Provide five years’ reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
