Job Description:
Our client is an Independent Chartered Surveying practice who provide building surveying, valuation, property management and agency services to a range of domestic and commercial clients in the local market. Due to growth they are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their practice with option to be based from their office in Southampton or home-based, covering South Hampshire & Dorset patch. The practice has a growing reputation and is looking for someone to develop their residential surveying service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Predominately residential Building Surveys
- Home-buyer reports
- Some mortgage valuations
Skills & Experience
- MRICS or AssocRICS
- Experienced undertaking residential Building Surveys
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Comfortable client facing
Salary & Benefits
- £40-55k Base salary (depending on experience)
- Home-based working available
- Small friendly team, Non-corporate environment
