Global research company is keen to recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator for their London office, based at Tower Bridge.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide day-to-day co-ordination support to the Talent Acquisition department and assist with tasks related to recruitment and talent management.
Key responsibilities will include: –
- Calendar management, including schedules and facilitates (high volume) interviews in-person and virtually.
- Effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with candidates, hiring contacts, and staff
- Supporting on-campus and virtual events, marketing campaigns, and cultivation efforts
- Managing the administration of the applicant tracking system and oversees applicant tracking/applicant flow processes, preparing all candidate correspondence, including interview confirmation details, interview follow-up and reimbursements, and offer letters as needed.
- Co-ordinating travel and hotel arrangements for candidates and makes arrangements for pre-interview dinners and lunches.
- Assisting with scheduling on-campus events and maintaining positive relationships with campus career centres
- Preparing materials/presentations for on-campus interviews, career fairs, and conferences; maintains event collateral.
- Coordinating new employee communication related to orientation, start dates, in-office orientation schedules, and on-board new hires in partnership with other members of the Talent team.
- Assisting with in-office talent related duties – training, office retreats, performance management, and other ad hoc tasks as necessary
To apply, you will need at least 18 Months of directly related talent acquisition experience, preferably in a professional services firm, recruiting experience with applicant tracking systems, be a proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized and process driven and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
