Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.We are currently looking for a General Operative to join our team working with nursery plants.Location: SpaldingPay Rate: £12.21 per hourWorking Hours: 07:00 17:00 Monday-FridayAdditional: Occasional Saturday work may be required.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with the planting, watering, and general care of nursery plants
Preparing plants for dispatch and orders
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the nursery area
Supporting general day-to-day nursery operations
Following health and safety procedures
Requirements:Reliable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Good teamwork and work ethic
Previous horticulture or nursery experience is an advantage but not essential
