Pre-Sales Consultant – Enterprise SaaS | EAM Software

To support that growth, we’re hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge technical depth with commercial impact. This is not a demo‑delivery role. It’s a role for someone who wants to shape how customers understand value — and influence deals from first conversation to close.

What you’ll own

  • End‑to‑end ownership of the Pre‑Sales process across target accounts and manufacturing‑led opportunities
  • Translating customer business challenges into compelling, value‑driven Ultimo solutions
  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations — standard and prospect‑specific
  • Supporting tenders, RFPs, requirement documentation, and commercial proposals
  • Acting as a knowledge bridge between customers, Sales, and Product/R&D
  • Continuously refining demo environments, messaging, and competitive positioning

How you’ll operate

What we’re looking for

Someone who can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years of commercial Pre‑Sales or solutions experience in SaaS or a technology‑driven environment
  • Ability to run complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles — tenders, structured demos, ROI conversations
  • Experience in or strong exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or asset‑intensive industries
  • CRM familiarity and comfort with requirement documentation and sales methodologies
  • The ability to combine technical credibility with boardroom‑level communication
  • Commercial resilience and sound judgement under pressure

A degree in Account Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred — but sales craft and industry mindset matter more than academic background.
