Regional Account Manager

Location: The Midlands

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + car/allowance + bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working alongside a leading polystyrene manufacture who have been established for over 30 years. They are on the hunt for a driven, experienced Regional Account Manager to support growing new and existing opportunities, predominantly into the construction industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing regional customers, ensuring consistent service and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across packaging, construction, and other polystyrene markets.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit monthly sales activity reports that outline revenue and margin forecasts, ongoing business, and new sales opportunities

Skills & Requirements:

• An experienced Account Manager with a track record of successfully managing a designated territory
• Experience working within a manufacturer and selling into the construction industry
• An organised, self-motivated individual with a history of working in the field on a remote basis
• A tenacious, ambitious candidate with a passion for growing new and existing relationships
• UK Driving License required
