Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of HV/LV electrical systems for large‑scale renewable energy and grid integration projects.
- Deliver feasibility studies and technical assessments, providing expert input to support project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into wider infrastructure.
- Conduct system modelling, simulation, and optimisation to maximise performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high‑quality project outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree‑qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with relevant professional accreditation.
- Proven expertise in power generation systems, grid connection, and SCADA applications.
- In‑depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including IEC, ENA, and BS7671.
- Proficiency with system design tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD) alongside strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
