We’re working with a leading Housing Association in Barnet who are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join their team on a Temp-Perm basis. This is a great opportunity for engineers who want consistency, realistic workloads and strong earning potential.

The Role:

• Carrying out annual gas services
• Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns
• Completing domestic boiler and heating system installations
• Working across occupied social housing properties
• Delivering work in line with Gas Safety regulations and best practice
• Maintaining a strong first-time-fix approach
• Completing an average of 6-7 jobs per day (quality over quantity)

Requirements:

• Strong experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdowns and installations
• Previous Housing Association Experience (preffered)
• Previous Social Housing Experience (neccessary)
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good customer service and communication

Essential ACS Qualifications:

• CCN1
• CENWAT
• HTR1
• CKR1
