Channel Account Manager – Pro AV

Full‑Time | Pro AV Division

We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Channel Account Manager to join our Pro AV sales organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven channel professional to take ownership of key reseller relationships, identify new partner opportunities, and help shape the continued growth of our AV/ICT/UC solutions across the channel landscape.

About the Role

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding a defined portfolio of channel partners. You will be responsible for growing revenue, driving product adoption, securing new partners, and maximising the performance of existing relationships.

Working closely with our EU and SOL sales teams, and in partnership with our distributor network, you will support high‑value reseller opportunities, ensuring stock availability and smooth delivery of key projects. You will also contribute to pipeline development, forecasting, and sales planning to support the medium‑term ambitions of the business.

This is a role where relationship‑building, communication, and commercial awareness are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and strengthen relationships with assigned channel partners
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned to our AV/ICT/UC solution portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with EU and SOL sales teams on high‑value reseller opportunities
  • Work with distributor teams to ensure appropriate project stock is available
  • Achieve sales targets, profitability metrics, and partner recruitment objectives
  • Develop a strong, forward‑looking sales pipeline to support business growth
  • Promote and sell SNDS products and services to partners, prospects, and end‑users
  • Handle channel conflict through clear communication and alignment with internal teams
  • Build and execute account sales plans for key partners
  • Provide partners with product orientation, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Drive adoption of channel programs and promotions
  • Support wider sales activities as required by the business

Sales Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and partner activity within the company CRM
  • Provide regular updates to support sales forecasting and business reporting
  • Use reporting dashboards to track performance and support continuous improvement

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive, relationship‑driven sales professional with a strong understanding of the AV channel landscape.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a vendor channel role or system integrator business development role
  • A demonstrable track record of sales success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills suited to mid‑senior level contacts
  • Technical competence within AV and/or networking environments
  • A self‑motivated, performance‑driven mindset
