Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA team! You’ll help attract and secure top talent for key business units, while leveraging innovative recruitment tools and data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, pipeline building, and offer negotiation.
• Use AI and automation to optimize recruitment processes.
• Provide strategic advice and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders across the Americas and EMEA.
• Participate in recruitment events and external agency engagement.
• Ensure compliance with global HR policies, including immigration and relocation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Strong ATS/HR system skills (Workday preferred).
• Experience in structured, regulated environments while embracing change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and pipeline development.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Global talent acquisition experience is a plus.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
