Residential Valuation Surveyor

Overview

Residential Valuation Surveyor (Long Form/Prime London) up to £80k basic + bonuses. Our client is a long established, prime London specialist seeking to hire an additional Residential Valuation Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Produce bespoke long form, red book valuations for a range of purposes (including but not limited to Loan Security, Probate, Taxation, Accounting, Matrimonial, Investment portfolios, Expert Witness, Receivership, etc.) for Private Banks, UHNWIs and FTSE100 companies.
• Valuation work across London (ideally prime) with a focus on quality rather than high volume.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide accurate, well-supported valuations and maintain professional standards.
• Operate in a role where bonuses are based on fee income rather than points per day, reflecting a quality-focused environment.

Requirements

• MRICS or FRICS qualified with VRS (AssocRICS cannot be considered).
• 3-5+ years PQE with a proven track record valuing within/across London (ideally prime).

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £80k basic with bonuses (OTE well in excess of £100k), plus a car allowance, pension, healthcare and generous annual leave entitlement.
