  • Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
  • Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
  • Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
  • Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale

We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.

Leadership titles aren’t essential – but leadership behaviour is.

You’ll thrive if you are:

  • Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others
  • Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
  • Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams

  • 20 hours paid volunteering time
  • Monthly social time – hikes, BBQs, games nights, workshops
  • Remote-first across the UK
  • Flexible hours around a 37.5-hour week
  • No mandated office days — trust, autonomy, and delivery matter most

These five roles are high priority, with interview slots already reserved for strong candidates.
