We are seeking experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Onboarding Migration Team, supporting the migration of customer data across platforms. This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding processes and successful delivery of migration projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, manage stakeholders, and document both current and future state workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
  • Document As-Is and To-Be process flows
  • Manage and prioritize change requests and requirements
  • Define and maintain project scope documentation
  • Use Jira to track and manage requirements and tasks
  • Support change management activities related to onboarding and migration
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements

Your Skills:

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
  • Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing requirements
  • Experience in documenting project scope, process flows, and change requests
  • Understanding of change management principles
  • Experience in API requirements and design
  • Background in Salesforce (including workflows and platform knowledge)
  • Prior involvement in technical migrations of customer data across platforms
