Job Description

Key Highlights

  • Support the Rise Up sales function and international growth (UK, Netherlands & Germany) – Mid to Enterprise Customers
  • Become an SME (platform, process & technical services) for Rise Up

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment with our product, and support responses to RFPs as needed.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the learning industry, including technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses, technical challenges, operating environments, capabilities, and goals.
  • Refine and evolve core sales and pre-sales processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
  • Stay updated with latest product features and functionalities, acting as the primary contact for prospect technical queries.
  • Manage discovery sessions to uncover client requirements, delivering tailored presentations to C-suite executives or interacting with technical teams.
  • Design and deliver customized demonstrations to support sales efforts.
  • Adapt to a scaling business environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, articulating solutions effectively.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams (sales, customer success, product, development, operations, marketing).
  • Participate in post-sale activities to ensure adoption and account growth.
  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to identify optimal solutions for clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on using learning technology and digital tools for online and blended learning experiences.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of consulting or implementation experience.
  • Excellent client engagement skills throughout the sales cycle.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective in multicultural team settings.
  • Autonomous learner and adaptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience with LMS/LXP/SLP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design is a plus.
