Due to a sustained period of growth through Europe my client are looking for a new workplace consulting director to bolster its position as the agency of choice for effective workplace change. You will need 8-10 years consulting experience in workplace and a background in workplace transformation, workplace change and effective employee led design.
This is not a business development focused role in the form of cold calling or door knocking; there is no revenue target. Clients approach them for answers to what their workplace should look like! You will lead on the pitches, structure the workplace strategy and manage the clients journey from end to end to deliver effective workplace transformation. xwzovoh
You will need the commercial acumen to lead on client development, man management of a consulting team and projects in play from inception to delivery.
