Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer / Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering full lifecycle electronic product development — from initial specification through to production.

This is a hands‑on role suited to a mid‑senior engineer (4+ years’ experience) who enjoys taking ownership of complex electronic hardware designs and working directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronic hardware design from concept to production
• Schematic capture and multi‑layer PCB design (2‑8 layers, mixed‑signal)
• Design using MCU/MPU, RF systems, DC‑DC & AC‑DC power, analog and digital circuitry, FPGA and memory devices
• Hardware validation, testing and debugging using lab equipment
• Board bring‑up and production support
• Apply DFT, DFM, DFP and Design for Compliance (DfC) principles
• Produce clear technical documentation
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in hardware / electronics design
• Strong experience in PCB design and schematic capture
• Hands‑on experience in hardware testing and debuggingExperience delivering full product lifecycle development
• Familiarity with mixed‑signal embedded systems and IoT‑style architectures
• Experience with Altium Designer (preferred) or other eCAD tools such as Eagle, KiCAD, Fusion or PADS
• Previous customer‑facing or consultancy experience desirable
