About Your Role

As a Service & Repair Engineer for British Gas, you will represent the company in customers’ homes, providing on‑site support and repairs. You will work with managers, mentors, and colleagues to ensure customers receive timely assistance and uphold our same‑day fix promise.

Compensation

Base Salary: £45,483 (plus up to £6,200 London Weighting Allowance, depending on location). Uncapped Opportunity to Earn: £62,640 (including LWA). In addition, a £10,000 sign‑on bonus is offered to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of boilers and heating systems in customer homes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear explanations and a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to complete repairs efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience with various boilers and heating systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
