The Role
- Kitchen replacement programmes
- Bathroom replacement programmes
- Electrical rewire schemes
- Retrofit and energy efficiency improvement works
- Day‑to‑day site management and coordination
- Health & Safety compliance
- Managing subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensuring works are completed to programme, budget and quality standards
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience managing social housing refurbishment projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
