The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a well-established, entrepreneurial property business that has built a strong reputation for delivering fast, flexible and transparent property transactions across the UK. Operating in a high-performance, target-driven environment, the business combines a strong digital lead engine with an established investor network to deliver high-value, below-market opportunities.

They are now looking to appoint an Account Manager / Property Investment Consultant to cover a 12–18 month maternity period, with the potential for the role to become permanent. • Manage deals through to contract, including negotiation of price and commercial terms
  • Drive repeat business through consistent engagement and long-term relationship management
  • Handle a high volume of live deals and investor interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate pipeline updates to ensure smooth deal delivery

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-focused role within a service-led environment

  • Confident and capable negotiator, comfortable influencing outcomes and handling challenging conversations
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Resilient, driven and team-oriented, with the adaptability to learn quickly, perform under pressure and thrive in a collaborative, sociable culture

  • Initial 12–18 month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent
