An established and growing environmental consultancy is seeking a Principal Technical Specialist – Water Team to join its expanding Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded consultancy delivering innovative environmental and water-related projects across the UK.
The successful Principal Technical Specialist – Water Team will take a lead role in delivering technical water projects, supporting clients across infrastructure, utilities and environmental sectors. The Principal Technical Specialist – Water Team will also provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members and contribute to project management and client development activities.

Requirements:
- Strong background within water consultancy, hydrology, freshwater ecology or environmental management
- Previous consultancy and project delivery experience
- Strong technical reporting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Must live within commuting distance of the Cardiff office
