ICT Support Assistant – Hardware & Software Refresh (6-Month FTC)

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant to join their Service Delivery team. This is a 6-month fixed term position focused on supporting the equipment refresh project.

The successful candidate will install end-user hardware and software, and timely update technical documentation. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory are essential.
