Design & Technology ECT – Braintree

Full‑time, permanent role. Salary £32,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience). Start date: September.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 and KS4 Design & Technology.
• Deliver engaging, well‑structured practical lessons.
• Support students to achieve strong GCSE outcomes.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons.
• Maintain strong classroom management.
• Contribute to the wider DT department.
• Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) only.

Qualifications

• Qualified Design & Technology Teacher orexperienced teacher with ambition to grow as an ECT.
