We are working with a successful and ambitious secondary school in Barnet to appoint a creative and motivated Art & Design Teacher for September 2026. This opportunity would suit an Art & Design Teacher with QTS and a genuine passion for encouraging creativity, confidence, and artistic expression across KS3-KS5.
The school is currently investing in and developing its Art department, making this an exciting opportunity for an Art & Design Teacher who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of a growing team. Rather than joining a fully established department, the successful Art & Design Teacher will contribute to the continued development of the curriculum, enrichment opportunities and creative culture across the school.

Candidate Profile
- PGCE and QTS required
- Degree in Art, Design, or a related subject
- Ability to teach engaging Art & Design lessons across KS3-KS5
- Passion for creative education and curriculum development
- A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
