As a Share Schemes Manager, you will immerse yourself in a flourishing business tax specialist team, focusing on delivering bespoke employee share schemes services to a diverse client base across various industry sectors. Your client‑facing role, team collaboration skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee share schemes and broader employment‑related security tax advisory work for both standalone companies and groups.
• Engage with HMRC on valuations and clearances.
• Execute share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports.
• Nurture and guide junior team members.
• Master billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.
