New Car Sales Executive

Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in Burnley.

Salary: £25,000 basic | OTE of £45,000+ (uncapped)

2 weekends on, 1 weekend off rota

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the car-buying journey from enquiry to handover
• Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and finance options

Qualifications

• Previous car sales experience
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence
