Regional HR Leader – UK & EU (On-Site, Flexible)

Michael Page HR in the UK is seeking an HR leader to oversee HR and payroll for multiple sites across Doncaster, Stoke-on-Trent and central Europe. The role will drive strategic workforce planning, manage key stakeholders and lead recruitment to reduce agency spend.

You will coach managers on people and performance, optimise HR systems for reporting, promote engagement and handle complex ER cases, with a strong compliance focus on UK/EU employment laws.
