This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for a stable, long-term role on a day shift.  Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all parts meet required quality standards and tolerancesRead and interpret engineering/technical drawingsSet up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision componentsCarry out routine machine checks and basic maintenanceWork collaboratively with the production team to improve efficiency and workflowMaintain a safe and organised working environment  RequirementsProven experience as a CNC Setter/OperatorExperience with Siemens, XYZ, or Fanuc controls (preferred)Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and setupsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsReliable, proactive, and a strong team playerWhat’s on offerCompetitive hourly rate (£15 – £17 depending on experience)Day shift for a great work-life balanceOpportunity to join a stable and growing companySupportive team environment…
