The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining profile burners used in sheet metal fabrication, ensuring precise cuts and high-quality outputs. Duties-Flat Bed Profile Burner
- Set up and operate flat bed profile burners to cut sheet metal according to specified dimensions and designs
- Prepare materials by measuring, marking, and aligning sheets prior to cutting
- Use hand tools and tooling to adjust and maintain equipment for optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections of the burner equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
Requirements-Flat Bed Profile Burner
- Proven experience in fabrication, welding, grinding, or related mechanical work
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal properties and handling techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, tooling, and basic assembly methods
- Good understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
