Regional HR Leader: UK & Europe | On-Site, Flexible

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage HR and Payroll for UK sites and multiple Central European sites, with a global headcount around 300. You will drive strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and direct recruitment strategies, while coaching managers on performance and people matters.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK/EU employment law, HR systems proficiency, and a track record in industrial/engineering/rail sectors.
