Contract Information
Fixed-term contract, 12 months, Full-time; 40 hours per week. Standard working hours: 9 am – 6 pm with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break. Option to flex‑start and end time. Flexibility to balance commitments including medical appointments, parental or caregiving responsibilities, and personal goals.
Salary
£30,600 to £32,464 per annum
Location
Hybrid – can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom. Expectation to attend the nearest regional office 1× per week or 1× per month, depending on distance. Offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow.
The candidate must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Curriculum Support Manager to join our team on a fixed‑term contract. The curriculum department at Generation UK & Ireland maintains 7 live skills bootcamps, including training in Technology (IT/Cloud), Data, Green Skills (Retrofit and Solar Panel Installation) and Healthcare.
The role covers a range of administrative and curriculum‑design duties, supporting curriculum delivery, maintaining our learning‑management system, researching and drafting or adapting content on a range of technical and soft‑skills topics across all bootcamps. It is suited to someone who thrives on variety, learning new things, and has a keen eye for detail as they track and document progress within the Learning Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft and create new session resources for a range of programmes under the direction of the Head of Curriculum
- Liaise with instructor and Learner Progress teams for session feedback
- Adapt and refresh pre‑existing material resources and schedule in line with feedback
- Monitor Updates Logs to fix bugs and update live programme resources
- Respond to live requests for assistance from the on‑programme delivery team
- Update and administer our Learning Management System (Canvas)
- Maintain up‑to‑date programme documentation
- Track project‑management deadlines for upcoming cohort launches, collaborating with Operations teams and the Head of Curriculum

- Experience working in education

- Knowledge, experience or interest in technology, healthcare, data or green skills
Experience
No prior experience working with curricula or education is required. What matters is curiosity, rapid learning, confident writing and editing, strong organisation and project‑management skills, and a passion for supporting people back into work.
