My client is a rapidly growing and financially secure Principal Contractor, currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high‑value packages on a major data centre project in Canary Wharf, with exposure to healthcare and pharmaceutical environments also highly desirable.

About the Role
- Project value: Multi‑million‑pound mechanical package within a live data centre environment
- Sector: Data centre (with crossover experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical projects highly advantageous)
- Type: Mechanical installation, pipework and associated MEP works
- Location: Canary Wharf, London
- Stage: Preconstruction through to delivery
- Reporting to: Senior Contracts Manager within a growing data centre division
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering mechanical packages in critical environments (data centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical)
- Strong knowledge of pipework systems and MEP coordination
- Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, cost control, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills with client‑facing experience
- Ability to work in and around central London (Canary Wharf)
Package (Permanent)
- Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
- £5,000 travel allowance
