Project Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Central London
A leading Main Contractor with over 90 years of experience is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company has a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial, with projects up to £15m.
The successful candidate will work on a £15m+ new build residential project near London Bridge, comprising circa 90 units. The company has a pipeline of similar projects and is looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record of overseeing similar projects.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- Background working for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer
- Proven track record of overseeing new build, RC frame, residential projects from inception to completion up to £15m
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certification
- Able to commute to Central London daily
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package
