Mechanical Project Manager – Leeds (Nationwide Projects)

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering high‑profile projects for tier 1 main contractors. The role is based in Leeds, with projects nationwide, so flexibility to travel when required is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project management of mechanical contracts across sectors including MOJ, Healthcare, and Education
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Project planning and programming, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage Health & Safety compliance on site
• Oversee and manage both direct and subcontract labour
• Control project budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
• Maintain strong client‑facing relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven project management experience in mechanical services, ideally in tier 1 main contractor environments
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge and qualified in HVAC
• Hold SMSTS certification and Black CSCS manager’s card
• Sound financial acumen, able to manage budgets effectively
• Experience managing both direct and subcontracted teams
• Ability to travel nationwide as required
