Czech & German OR Czech & Polish Customer Service Representative – (Hybrid, mostly remote)

Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1x per month in the office)

Salary: £26,500 per year

Client: Origin Recruitment Ltd on behalf of JR UK

Key Purpose: The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a top‑quality service for existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls from existing and new customers
• Proactively handle all queries relating to the business
• Take orders and bookings via external and internal calls
• Approach customers professionally and build rapport
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge
• Facilitate calls from B2B and B2C

Personal Specification

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Self‑motivated with a ‘can‑do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and high level of communication skills
• A passion for delivering highest quality to clients’ customers
• Availability Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:15
