HSE Advisor – Data Center Projects

Location: London (Roaming Across 3 Projects)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an HSE Advisor to join a leading construction business delivering multiple data center projects across London.

This role will suit an ambitious and proactive HSE professional who is looking to develop their career within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and site management, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring high standards of health and safety performance are maintained across several live projects.

The HSE Advisor key responsibilities:

  • Support HSE performance across three live data centre projects
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace tours
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives
  • Support the delivery of behavioural safety and engagement initiatives
  • Assist operational teams with the safe planning and delivery of works
  • Investigate incidents, near misses and support corrective actions
  • Review RAMS, permits and construction phase documentation
  • Monitor compliance with company procedures and legal requirements
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across all project locations

The HSE Advisor will have:

  • Previous experience within a construction, M&E, fit-out, or data center environments is preferred but not essential
  • NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety
