About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member (delivery driver) where you deliver top‑quality products on time and on a shift pattern that includes evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver goods to customer addresses efficiently and accurately, maintaining high customer service standards and adhering to safety procedures.
Key Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum 12 months driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Must be over 18 (required for handling alcohol deliveries)
- Good communication skills
Contract & Hours
Permanent contract, 40 hours per week (paid breaks included). Work any 5 of 7 days, with 8‑hour shifts. AM & PM shifts from 05:30 to 24:00, shift rota 13 weeks in advance.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay is £29,300 per annum on average, with an hourly rate of £14.12. Pay structure: paid every 4 weeks (lunar pay).
