What you’ll be doing
- Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds, or rebrands
- Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners
- Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements
- Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights
- Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval
- Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life

Your background
- Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality
- Experience in hotel development, franchising or real estate transactions
- Experience negotiating management or franchise agreements
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
