The hiring team advises on a broad range of complex, high-value transactions, with a particular focus on the intellectual property and technology aspects of M&A and private equity deals. The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of work, including technology and IP transactions, data protection matters, commercial contracts, licensing arrangements and brand-related advisory work.
Candidates should have strong transactional experience from a leading UK/US firm, and a solid understanding of the M&A landscape, together with an interest in intellectual property, technology, and data protection issues.
