CJCH is an award-winning, growing legal practice with multiple offices across South Wales. We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Cardiff office.

Key Responsibilities
The role will include general admin support for the Cardiff office as well as:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Handling post, deliveries, and general office coordination
- Organising meeting rooms and parking spaces
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance contractors as required to ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
- Previous experience with case management systems preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
