Job Description:

CJCH is an award-winning, growing legal practice with multiple offices across South Wales. We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Cardiff office.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include general admin support for the Cardiff office as well as:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Handling post, deliveries, and general office coordination
  • Organising meeting rooms and parking spaces
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance contractors as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Good IT and administrative skills
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
  • Previous experience with case management systems preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
